This entire day I’ve been itching to get into the kitchen and do some baking. I started out with making a pumpkin spice loaf, a new recipe that shows a lot of promise. But then I had leftover pumpkin. What’s a girl to do? Oh wait, I know, make bisque. So I’m making pumpkin/yam/corn bisque. Can’t wait! It’s going to be amazing. And then, with time to kill while the other two are cooking, let’s whip up a double recipe of apple strusel muffins. Delightful!
