Getting Colder

As the weather gets colder I find myself craving comfort foods. You know the ones, hot chocolate, pumpkin spice lattes, fresh, hot muffins. And I have no desire to eat the things I should, like salads and such. So how do I overcome these calorie woes? All the good stuff is bad for you? Any suggestions on comfort food that allows the luxery of taste without adding to your waistline? (Please note, I’m bad at portion control).
